To ensure a smooth experience with your Lifetime Warranty, please review the following details:
Annual Replacement Limit
Each lifetime warranty covers one set of CoolWallet Go cards. You can replace each card in the set once per year. (E.g., with two cards, you’re entitled to two replacements per year.)
*Note: buying multiple card sets with only one warranty covers just one set.
Replacement quotas reset each year and cannot be carried over.
Shipping Costs
You’ll need to cover shipping costs for warranty services.
Warranty Registration Deadline
Register your warranty within 30 days of your invoice date. Late registration voids lifetime warranty coverage.
