Do I earn commission on any purchase?

The CoolWallet Affiliate Program rewards only apply to sales of the CoolWallet cold wallet. Accessories or consignment products are excluded.

Yes! We offer a library of official marketing assets to help you promote CoolWallet.

How do I update my referral link?

Log into the Affiliate Dashboard, open 'Programs,' click 'View,' and select 'Edit referral code' to update your link.

How do I track my performance?

Log in to Affiliate Dashboard to track performance. Key metrics include:

  • Clicks - Number of clicks on your affiliate link
  • Conversions - Visitors who made purchases through your link
    *Please note that a purchase doesn't necessarily mean the final order has been successfully paid
  • Commission - Pending order count
    *Allow 14 working days for order review
  • Commission amount - Total commission yet to be paid out

Will the referral still work if I switch languages after clicking the link?

Yes—if you don’t clear your browser cache or click a different affiliate link, your original referral link will still be tracked.

If a customer enters through Affiliate A’s link but uses Affiliate B’s coupon code, who receives the commission?

In the Tapfiliate system, coupon codes take priority over affiliate links.
If a customer visits through A’s link but applies a coupon linked to B, the commission will go to Affiliate B.
If the coupon isn’t linked to any affiliate, the system will attribute the sale to the affiliate link owner based on cookies.

This ensures fair crediting for affiliates promoting through unique coupon codes across various channels.

How can we pass a click ID in the tracking URL to match conversions with our users?

If you’d like to track conversions using a unique click ID for each user, Tapfiliate provides two useful tools: Deeplink Generator and Postbacks.

These features allow you to attach your own click ID to traffic URLs and later receive conversion data containing that same ID.

What if my conversion isn't tracked?

If a sale isn't tracked, email affiliates@tapfiliate.coolbitx.com with your order number and affiliate email address. We’ll verify and help add the conversion to your Dashboard.

Rewards & Payouts

When will my commission appear in my account?

Commissions usually appear within 7–10 business days after the order is completed.

This period includes a 7-day review window, during which we confirm the order hasn’t been canceled or refunded before processing the payout.

How do I receive rewards?

You’ll be eligible for payout once your commission balance reaches USD$200, paid in USDT (TRC20).

Please note: Failure to comply with program guidelines may result in termination without payout.

How do I withdraw my affiliate commission?

You must have at least US$200 in your balance. Email affiliates@tapfiliate.coolbitx.com with your registered email to request a withdrawal.

Wait a bit and try again. If you’ve forgotten your password, click 'Forgot Password' to reset it instead of repeatedly trying to log in.
