Global Purchase Return Policy

We would like to thank you again for choosing CoolBitX’s products and trust you’ll be delighted with your purchase. That’s because we take pride in our products and aim to ensure the highest quality and security standards every step of the way. However, we understand that occasionally a product may not turn out to be what you expected. In that unlikely event, kindly review the following terms related to returning a product.

For cancel, simply initiate a Cancel request to our Support team ([email protected]) after the order is placed. Kindly note that a revision to the order content is currently unavailable. 
In addition, please note the following:

  • Please be advised that orders cannot be canceled once they are in the “Shipped” status. Instead, please proceed with initiating a return for the original order.
  • Only 1 coupon code can be used for 1 order, multiple coupon codes cannot be applied.

For any unopened product, simply initiate a Return/Exchange request to our Support team ([email protected]) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. 
In addition, please note the following:

  • Please initiate a Return/ Exchange request within the 7-day deadline specified.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and CoolBitX will only offer a refund after deducting the cost incurred, such as import duty.
  • Ensure you share the tracking information with us so that we can keep an eye on the parcel.

For DOA (Dead on Arrival) products that do not  function properly as expected when it is first received, please reach out to our Support team ([email protected]) within 7 days of the date of delivery, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon your original payment method.
In addition, please note the following:

  • Please contact our Support team first so that we can try and troubleshoot the issue for you; if we confirm that this is a DOA case, we will provide you with a DOA number and proceed with the return/exchange process.
  • CoolBitX will be responsible for the return shipping cost and arrangements, while you are obligated to provide shipping information required by CoolBitX or the courier company. If the return shipment cannot be arranged due to a lack of mandatory information, the DOA case will be closed after 14 calendar days of its initial request date. 
  • Upon inspection of the DOA product, if CoolBitX finds it to be fully functioning without defect, you will have the option to either receive a refund after deducting the returning costs or CoolBitX will re-ship your order back to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the second shipment.

For warranty claims, CoolBitX offers a 1-year product warranty starting from the date of your purchase. Please reach out to our Support team at [email protected] with any questions or issues you may have encountered so that we can assist you further. 
In addition, please note the following:

  • Please contact our Support team first so that we can troubleshoot the issue for you
  • If we confirm that the case is eligible for a warranty claim, we will provide you with a warranty number and proceed with the exchange process.
  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, while CoolBitX is responsible for the possible exchange of the product and its return shipment cost to you.
  • Please ensure  you share the tracking information with us so that we can keep an eye on the parcel.
  • Allow up to 7 working days for CoolBitX to thoroughly inspect your returned product. If the product is indeed defective, we will exchange it for a new one or equivalent or better model as per our available stock.
