CoolBitX will officially discontinue CoolWallet S starting July 31, 2025. Don’t worry! Your existing rights are still fully protected. Here’s what you need to know:

All CoolWallet S devices will continue to enjoy the original 12-month manufacturer warranty. The discontinuation does not affect existing coverage.

🔄 Trade-In Offer for Out-of-Warranty Devices

If your CoolWallet S has been in use for over 12 months, you’re eligible for our trade-in program. Receive a 40% discount code toward the purchase of a new CoolWallet Pro.


📱 Ongoing CoolWallet App Support

The CoolWallet App will continue to support CoolWallet S. You can keep using your current CoolWallet S with confidence.
