FAQs

Q1: How are lucky draw entries counted?

Lucky draw eligibility is calculated per user. If you stake BTC using multiple addresses within the CoolWallet App, only the address with the highest LBTC balance will be eligible for the draw. Using multiple addresses does not increase your chances of winning.

Q2: If I transfer LBTC from another address to my CoolWallet address, am I eligible?

No. Only LBTC minted by staking BTC via the CoolWallet App during the campaign period is eligible.

Q3: What if I stake BTC after Feb. 10, 2026?

BTC staked after Feb. 10, 2026 (UTC) does not count toward campaign eligibility.

Q4: Do I need to fill out a form to receive rewards?

No. Rewards will be automatically distributed to the winning ETH address, which is the same ETH address used to mint LBTC.

Q5: How do I know if I successfully staked BTC?

Once you have successfully staked BTC and LBTC has been minted, your staking is complete. You can confirm this by checking whether your LBTC balance is displayed on the BTC Staking page in the CoolWallet App.

Q6: Is there a minimum BTC amount required to join?

To be eligible for the lucky draw, you must mint and hold at least 0.00015 LBTC until Mar. 10, 2026.

Q7: Can I unstake and restake during the campaign?

Yes. You may adjust your stake during the campaign period, as long as you hold at least 0.00015 LBTC continuously until Mar. 10, 2026.

Q8: Does using my LBTC in DeFi affect my eligibility?

You may use your LBTC in DeFi. As long as the minted LBTC balance in your wallet remains at least 0.00015 LBTC until Mar. 10, 2026, you will remain eligible.

Q9: Which BTC address types are supported for staking?

Currently, BTC staking via CoolWallet supports Taproot (bc1p) addresses only.

Q10: What happens if I switch phones or reinstall the CoolWallet App?

Your eligibility is not affected as long as your CoolWallet staking address remain the same.

Q11: What happens if the LBTC minting transaction fails or is delayed?

Only successfully minted LBTC recorded on-chain during the campaign period counts toward eligibility. Failed or pending transactions are not eligible.
