I switched to a new phone. How should I pair my CoolWallet Pro/S card with my new phone?

To pair your CoolWallet Pro/S card with your new phone, you need to use the original paired phone and find the "Pairing Password” in the CoolWallet App.

Please refer to the following steps:
1) Open the CoolWallet App on your old phone
2) Go to the "Settings" page
3) Click "Card Settings"
4) Select "Pairing Password"
5) Follow the instructions shown on the App, switch on your card, and write down the pairing password.

After writing down the pairing password, open the CoolWallet App on your new phone, and use this pairing password to pair your card.

As a reminder, once you successfully pair your card with your new phone, only BTC (BTC Taproot) and ETH will be recovered automatically. If you have multiple other coins/tokens, you need to manually add them back to your wallet.

What should I do if my old phone is not with me?
