If you can’t find the token you need in the token list under "Manage Wallet", you can manually add it as a custom token.
To add a custom token:
-
Open the CoolWallet app.
-
On the wallet page, tap "Manage" (on the right side).
-
Tap the “+” icon in the upper right corner.
-
Enter the token name, address, or network in the search bar.
-
If your token appears, select it and add it to your wallet.
💡 If you still can’t find your token:
6. From the same screen, tap "Add Custom Token".
7. Select the correct network.
8. Scan or paste the token’s contract address, then confirm to add it.
To add a token, you’ll need:
-
The token’s smart contract address – usually available on coinmarketcap.com or in the blockchain explorer for the corresponding network.
-
The network where the token is issued.
-
The token name (e.g., Pepe) and token symbol (e.g., PEPE).

Why does it keep showing 'insufficient balance' when I try to withdraw funds, even after reducing the amount?
