Why didn't my card show my BTC balance?

CoolWallet S/Pro is a fully offline hardware device. After sending or receiving transactions, you must pair your phone with the card and manually sync your asset balances to update the information on the card.

To sync your balances:

1. Open the CoolWallet App.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Under the Card section, select “Sync Crypto Balance to Card”.

Please note: the CoolWallet card only displays balances for BTC, LTC, ETH, and XRP. For other cryptocurrencies or tokens (including BTC on BSC), check your balances in the CoolWallet App.
