I transferred BTC via the BSC network and manually synced the balance to my card, but why is the BTC balance still not showing on the card?

CoolWallet cards can only display the balance of BTC on the BTC network (i.e. BTC Custom Segwit, BTC Nested Segwit, and BTC Taproot). The total of the BTC balances will be a combination of the total amount of BTC in these three addresses. For example, if these three addresses contain 0.1, 0.5, and 1 BTC respectively, the BTC amount displayed on the CoolWallet card will be 1.6.
