I paid for the order through Bitpay, will I receive my order?

CoolWallet will send a confirmation email once the Bitpay payment is received. If you've checked your spam folder and still haven't found an order confirmation, please contact our Customer Support and provide the following information:

1. Order ID;
2. Proof of payment;
3. E-mail address used to create the order.
