How can I return an item?

Our policy is valid for 14 days after you have received your parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Don’t include your recovery phrase in the return package.
