如果您需要更改尚未發貨的訂單資訊,您可以透過FB 、 IG或官網聊天機器人*給我們留言。
但是,如果包裹已經發貨,則無法修改送貨地址。我們通常在下訂單後 24-48 小時內寄出包裹。

當您付款成功後,國內訂單通常在 1 至 3 個工作天內送達指定地點,國際訂單會在 5 至 7 個工作天內送達指定地點。
您的訂單處理完畢並交給物流公司後,您會收到一封來自CoolWallet 包含追蹤號碼的電子郵件。您可以使用此追蹤號碼來:
追蹤您包裹的位置;
取得大概的交貨日期;
接收您訂單的備用追蹤號碼。
*實際到貨時間會依物流作業為主。
為了讓您隨時了解訂單進度,您將收到三封重要電子郵件:
訂單確認- 我們已成功收到您的訂單。
您的 CoolWallet 訂單更新- 通知您的訂單目前正在處理中。
CoolWallet 出貨狀態- CoolWallet 出貨後,您將收到一封包含您的追蹤號碼的電子郵件。
🔎為什麼沒收到訂單通知信 ?
如未收到出貨通知信,可能是因網路狀況、信箱容量不足、郵件分類至垃圾信箱或其他郵件系統等因素所致。請將support@coolbitx.com新增至您的電子郵件聯絡人或安全寄件者清單。
