I Changed My Phone. How do I Pair My CoolWallet Go with My New Phone?

Once you have paired a CoolWallet Go card with a mobile phone, you will need the “Pairing Password” to pair your card with a new phone. The Pairing Password is the 8-digit numeric combinations you set when you first set up your CoolWallet Go.

To pair your CoolWallet Go with your new phone, please refer to the following steps:

1. Install and open the CoolWallet App on your new phone.

2. Choose “Setup My Card”, and then click “CoolWallet Go”.

3. Select “Recover”, and choose “Bind with CoolWallet Go”.

4. Enter your “Pairing Password” (Note: Your card will be locked after 5 consecutive incorrect pairing password attempts.)

5. Scan your card, and your wallet will be recovered on your new phone.

Reminder: After successfully recovering your wallet on your new phone, only BTC (BTC Taproot) and ETH will be recovered automatically.If you hold other coins or tokens, please manually add them back so your asset balances display correctly.

Additionally, you can add backup cards on your new phone by navigating to CoolWallet App’s Settings➡️Card Settings-➡️Add Back Up Card.
