保固僅適用於直接從 CoolBitX 或透過 CoolBitX 授權經銷商購買的 CoolWallet 系列產品。
CoolBitX 銷售的所有 CoolWallet Pro/S 系列產品均享有自購買日起 12 個月有效的保固期。CoolWallet Go 系列產品則享有自購買之日起 24 個月有效的保固期。
收到您的保固申請後,我們的服務人員將檢查並驗證您的產品的問題,以確定其是否符合保固條件。如果有必要,我們可能會要求您退回有缺陷的產品。如果產品符合保固條件,CoolBitX 將免費更換新產品。
